The Key Stage Two toilets are
being refurbished upstairs and the children are looking forward to seeing them finished.
This week work should start on the canopies for the Foundation Stage. Work has already started on
fixing drainage problems outside of the school. Please ask your children to keep away from the workmen.
Collecting Children from the Main Entrance
When you are collecting your child at the end of the day, please stand back from the main entrance doors.
Standing too near the entrance adds to the confusion and means that we cannot make sure that the children are leaving the building safely. Please ask your children to keep to the paths and not play on the grass or in the gulley next to the building. Thanks.
Head Lice
Our school, like every other school in the country has outbreaks of head lice from time to time. Please check your child’s hair regularly.
All the staff would like to
welcome everybody back to school and hope you all had a good break. To help your child or children make good progress this term, please
listen to them read and take an
active interest in their learning.
Discuss what they have been
studying and talk about their
homework.
