Our outdoor learning environment is designed to give a wealth of experiences

We are very fortunate to have lovely grounds at Honilands. 

Early Years has their own area especially designed for their needs which includes an exciting adventure area

This our Nursery Garden

All the plants are chosen and planted by the children with Beryl's help.  

The children visit the local garden centre, select their plants and then plant them in the garden.  They also help with the watering and weeding.

The children learn about their immediate environment and how to care for it.

The children love to play on this apparatus with their friends.  ~They imagine that there are sharks in the ocean below them.

This supports the children's physical development.  It actually supports all areas of the areas of the foundation stage curriculum.
